An Alternative Gift Market is an easy way to give your community a chance to experience our mission of giving. It’s another opportunity to engage congregational members in partnership with Episcopal Relief & Development to help healing a hurting world.
When an individual makes a purchase at the Alternative Gift Market, a donation is given to support Episcopal Relief & Development’s work with communities around the world to address three life-changing priorities – Women, Children and Climate. Purchasers receive gift cards to send to those they’d like to honor with the gift.
Churches or groups can also participate by purchasing one of our “high-impact” or larger-scale gifts listed in the Gifts for Life catalog, such as a well for a community or a plow and oxen for a group of farmers.
